AGC-NM Best Buildings 2012 Announced

AGC-NM Building Branch is proud to announce the award recipients for Best Buildings 2012.  The celebration took place on March 23rd at Sandia Resort & Casino and honored outstanding achievements in commercial construction.

The prestigious Best Buildings Awards is one of New Mexico’s most highly respected construction industry recognition events.  Unlike most building award contests, the Best Buildings nominees are judged using the highest standards including complexity of the construction process and challenges such as budget, site constraints, schedule, and project delivery method.

Best Buildings 2012 further highlighted notable achievements and leadership in construction with the presentation of AGC’s prestigious S.I.R. Award.  Exemplifying the qualities of  “Skill, Integrity & Responsibility”, the 2012 recipients of this distinguished service award were Maria Guy, Shad James and Tony Thomas.

The “Grand Prize of Show” was awarded to Presbyterian Rust Medical Center, McCarthy Building Companies New Mexico.  Industry Choice winners were also announced at the event.
